Chris Matthews

Leave it to Chris Matthews to find new and exciting ways to prove the delusion of Racers. From RealClearPolitics.com: “This is not a funny thing. There is a weird thing about your political party [Republican]. It’s nativist. It is weird. Obama — you still have a big bloc of Republicans that say he wasn’t born [...]

Leave it to Chris Matthews to find new and exciting ways to prove the delusion of Racers.

From RealClearPolitics.com:

“This is not a funny thing. There is a weird thing about your political party [Republican]. It’s nativist. It is weird. Obama — you still have a big bloc of Republicans that say he wasn’t born in this country, in Africa or somewhere,” Chris Matthews said on his show.

David Gregory

On Meet the Press, a once respected (and hopefully again respected) Sunday morning show, host David Gregory was accusing presidential hopeful and former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich of racism.  Here is the exchange:

Gregory states (believes?) that pointing out the facts that more people are on food stamps under President Obama than any other President in history is racist! Gingrich calls Gregory’s characterization “bizarre.” Gingrich is right…Racers are bizzare.

PeaceNow.org

Peace Now's Yariv Oppenheimer

Americans for Peace Now, and organization that purports to be about peace, is in the running for claiming that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is “racist” for eloquently stating that Israel rejects the notion of going back to 1967 borders that are “indefensible.”

From Israel National News:

Obama’s speech would not have earned the same amount of public condemnations and insults had Obama been “a rich white American president,” concluded (Peace Now Director-General Yariv) Oppenheimer. Netanyahu, he said, should judge Obama by his deeds, which are supportive of Israel, “rather than his ethnicity, his past and the background he grew up in.”

A classic Racer maneuver.  Pivot quickly to shift focus to Obama’s ethnicity, rather Obama’s words.  Unfortunately for Peace Now, Netanyahu was only focused on the words of Obama – and those words will never lead to peace.

Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC)

200px-James_Clyburn,_official_Congressional_Majority_Whip_photo

South Carolina Democrat James Clyburn has come out with this gem of baseless racism against President Obama, and, by extension, himself. (according to him)

As reported by McClatchy:

“You know, I’m 70 years old,” he said. “And I can tell you; people don’t like to deal with it, but the fact of the matter is, the president’s problems are in large measure because of the color of his skin.”

Clyburn noted that he himself got hate mail, racist phone calls and offensive faxes on a regular basis. Asked how that relates to the president, Clyburn retorted: “We have the same skin color; that’s how it relates to him.”

Clyburn brings nothing to the table, but just the belief that the President’s problems are because of his skin color.  Any chance the President’s problems come from unpopular polices, a lackluster administration, additional wars, an ineffective foreign policy or one of any number of other subjects that have nothing to do with race?

Gregory and Matthews

Chris Matthews of MSNBC

John Nolte, editor of Big Hollywood, has been writing about the racers in our midsts. In this article, John talks about the misguided efforts of NBC’s David Gregory (as we discussed here) and MSNBC’s Chris Matthews.

From the article on Big Journalism.com:

My friend Tony Katz came up with the brilliant term “racer,” the definition of which is someone who dishonestly accuses someone else of racism for political advantage. If you watch the clip below of this Sunday’s “Meet the Press,” you’ll see David Gregory attempting to be a racer, but in the process he only ends up exposing his own bigotry

…Matthews equating a failed city to a particular skin color is not only perpetuating the very worst kind of racist stereotype, it’s factually wrong. Anytime Chris or Joan want to come out to Los Angeles, I’d be happy to take them on a tour of Ladera Heights…. Maybe a good hard look at the “Black Beverly Hills” will convince these “progressives” that “failed city” doesn’t equal “Black city.”

Mediaite on Trump

Mediaite

Calling Donald Trump a racist is becoming common place. Here is Tommy Christopher of Mediaite, stating that Trump’s discussion of the basketball court is actually “code” for racism.

From the article on Big Journalism.com, by Ken Larrey:

Rabid leftist and Mediate goofball Tommy Christopher certainly isn’t above race baiting, but unlike some halfhearted MSM “racers,” he isn’t content with merely maligning someone as a racist through innuendo. No, he’s going to make up some facts as well. Way to put your back into, Tommy. Whatever helps you manufacture a racial incident for political gain.
